All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on our products.
At Zawadi Naturals LTD we strictly emphasise the importance of running a patch test before using any of our products, in case a reaction happens. If a reaction occurs ensure you discard the product at once. All ingredients are disclosed on each product page. Please check the listing to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients before purchasing any of our products.
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package be lost or stolen at any stage of delivery please kindly contact Royal Mail and submit a claim.
Zawadi Naturals is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Zawadi Naturals assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 10-12 working days.

Should customers require a cancellation; we at Zawadi Naturals LTD require an email of cancellation with the order reference no. Refunds for cancellations will take up to 14 working days from the date of cancellation.
