Is this system suitable for dry skin?

Yes. The Recovery System is designed for dry skin that can flare under environmental stress such as weather changes, hard water, winter dryness, harmattan, frequent cleansing, or lifestyle factors.

It focuses on controlled cleansing, intentional repair, and protective sealing to help skin feel calmer and more comfortable over time.


Is this system only for people with severe or chronic dryness?

No. You don’t need to have severe or long-term skin issues to use this system.

It is suitable for anyone experiencing dryness, discomfort, or imbalance, whether that’s occasional or recurring, and who wants a simpler, more guided routine.


I’ve heard African black soap can be drying. Why is it included?

African black soap is a powerful botanical cleanser. When overused or misused, it can be drying, which is why we emphasise controlled use.

In this system, it is used intentionally:

• 2–3 times a week or no more than once daily

• with short contact time

• always followed by repair and sealing

Used this way, it helps remove buildup without overwhelming dry skin.


Is a liquid African black soap available?

Not yet — but it’s coming.

We are developing a liquid African black soap designed to be even easier to control and better suited for frequent cleansing, especially in hot climates or hard-water areas.

When it launches, it will become the primary cleanser option in the Recovery System, with the bar version shifting to a reset or occasional cleanse.


Can I use the African black soap bar on my face?

Yes, with guidance.

The bar can be used on the face if:

• it is lathered in the hands or on a cloth

• contact time is kept short

• it is not used on broken or actively inflamed skin

• repair and sealing steps are followed

If your skin feels overly tight or uncomfortable, reduce frequency.


Is this system suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?

We do not position this system as fragrance-free or suitable for all sensitive skin.

Some products contain essential oils and natural aroma compounds. If you are highly fragrance-sensitive or require clinical skincare, this system may not be suitable.

For many people with dryness and flare-prone skin, the products are well tolerated when used as directed.


Does this system treat acne or eczema?

No. This system is not a medical treatment and does not claim to treat acne, eczema, or other skin conditions.

It is designed to support skin comfort and barrier balance, which some people find helps reduce visible dryness or flare cycles over time.


Can I use Tikiti Luxe Facial Oil if I have oily or combination skin?

Yes, when used correctly.

Tikiti Luxe is non-comedogenic. It is best used:

• in small amounts (2–3 drops)

• on slightly damp skin

• preferably in the evening

In hot or humid climates, it can be optional or used less frequently.


Is the Pink Prestige Body Butter only for the body?

Yes. Pink Prestige is formulated as a body butter.

It is designed to seal moisture and protect dry areas of the body, especially in colder or drier conditions. It is not intended for facial use.


Can I use the products individually?

Yes, but the system works best when the steps are used together.

Controlled cleansing, followed by repair and sealing, helps reduce dryness and discomfort more effectively than using products in isolation.


I live in a hot or humid climate. Is this system still suitable?

Yes, with adjustments.

In warmer climates:

• use the African black soap less frequently if needed

• use Tikiti Luxe sparingly or primarily at night

• apply body butter only to targeted dry areas

We provide guidance to help you adapt the routine to your environment.


Is this a permanent routine or a short-term fix?

This is designed as a long-term, repeatable routine.

The goal is not quick transformation, but calmer, more predictable skin over time with fewer products and less experimentation.
